Whether it is breakfast, the midday meal or dinner, no table in Mexico is complete without a bowl of salsa. From the north of Mexico, Salsa Ranchera is one of the country’s most popular mild salsas. We make our salsa ranchera onsite, combining roasted tomatoes, herbs and spices with serrano, guajillo, negro, arbol and poblano chillies. This cooked salsa has a deeply layered flavour and is perfect with our corn chips.
