A smoked and dried jalapeno, chipotle can be used whole, diced or powdered to flavour salsas, sauces, soups and stews. Chipotles are long lasting and add a delicious smoky heat to anything they hit. We use chipotles for our chipotle mayo and  tortilla soup. Once you’ve tried chipotle mayo, plain mayo will never satisfy again.
